System-Led Change
We work with how change takes shape over time — so it not only feels different in the moment, but becomes your new, natural way to operate.
💩
Zero Bullsh*t
No hacks. No sensation chasing. No quick-fix thinking. Just grounded, science-informed breathwork that works with your system, not against it.
"The first thing we do when we enter the world is inhale, and the last thing we do is exhale. Everything in between is our life."

My Philosophy
Our nervous system is constantly generating predictions about what comes next and prioritising what feels most certain. This is why patterns persist — not necessarily because they’re effective, but because they’re familiar.
Change doesn’t come from intensity or insight alone, but from repetition that gradually reshapes what feels normal.
My work focuses on creating those conditions, so change doesn’t just feel possible, but gradually becomes a more reliable way for your system to respond.
My Mission
Our breath connects us — to ourselves, to others, and to how we experience the world.
It’s one of the most direct ways to influence how we feel and function. It can shift your state quickly — but more importantly, it can help retrain how your system operates over time.
My mission is to help you use your breath not just to feel better in the moment, but to create lasting, meaningful change.

About Me
Hi. I'm Kym, a certified breathwork & cold exposure educator based in Adelaide.
In 2017, after a job loss I re-evaluated my life. I packed a small bag, booked a one way ticket and went travelling; my version of ‘Eat, Pray, Love’.
Along the way I discovered the worlds of breathwork and cold training, and with it a powerful way to reconnect with all parts of myself, through nature.
