One of the key things that drew me to learn about, and later decide to teach breathwork was the current and ever-expanding body of research about the far reaching and deep influence our respiratory system has on our physiology and our psychology.
Each new article I read, video I watched, paper I poured over and course I completed continued to fascinate me and to this day continues to cause me to marvel at how incredible the human body is.
There’s a lot of information out there, so I thought I’d compile some of my top breathwork content & apps as a starting point for those looking to dive in.
NB: I’ve also compiled my favourite Wim Hof Method specific content.

The Breath Source: This one is focused on guided breathwork sessions from some of the world's best breathworkers. Apple | Android

(Full disclosure, I'm not a big YouTube-y video person, so this list is very light!)
