My Favourite Wim Hof Method Content

It’s not hard to find content about Wim and the Wim Hof Method online.

His earlier ‘daredevil’ stunts and his seemingly superhuman achievements make him a popular personality to write about, while the rapid rise in popularity of breathwork and cold exposure over the past few years (thanks largely to Wim himself), has seen the interweb flooded with articles, videos, podcasts et al. on the topics.

A quick Google of ‘Wim Hof’ returns just under 5 million hits!

Edit: it's up to to 8 million 1 year later!

While a lot of the content is awesome, insightful and helpful, a lot of it is unhelpful, confusing or wrong, especially if you’re just getting started.

The other important thing to remember is that science is only a reflection of what we currently know, so our understanding is constantly evolving. New research is continually being released, which leads to new papers, podcasts & posts being produced.

If you’re looking to keep up-to-date with research and interesting articles, I highly recommend following Wim’s Facebook page (or mine).

Having said that, here’s a collection of things I’ve read, watched or listened to in the beginning, or been recommended along the way that piqued my curiosity, I found helpful or that got me excited about the Wim Hof Method.

NB: I’ve also compiled my top breathwork content.
