Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy covers cancellation of 1:1 sessions (including Coaching, Biodynamic Breathwork & Functional Assessment), workshops/events &retreats separately.

 

kymburls.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions document on this website for more information.

 

Refunds are made at the discretion of kymburls.com.

1:1 SESSION CANCELLATIONS

  1. All 1:1 sessions (including plans, packs & multi-sessions) are non-refundable.

  2. For Coaching; all sessions must be used within the allocated timeframe, unless agreed upon prior.

  3. For Biodynamic Breathwork; all sessions must be used within 6 months of initial purchase, unless agreed upon prior.

Reschedule by Registrant​

  1. Reschedules that occur up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time can be rebooked.

  2. Reschedules that occur within 24 hours prior to the agreed start time will be forfeited. 

  3. Registrants who do not show up forfeit the session.

  4. All reschedules must be notified in writing.

 

Cancellation by Instructor

  1. If the session must be cancelled by the Instructor (illness etc.), participants will have the option to reschedule.

  2. There are no rights reserved for damages.

WORKSHOP & EVENT CANCELLATIONS

  1. All workshops and events proceed regardless of weather, unless notified otherwise by the instructor.

Cancellation by Registrant

  1. All workshop & event registrations are non-refundable. 

  2. Registrants who do not show up or who cancel forfeit their full fee.

  3. Registrants who fail to observe the health information instructions provided forfeit their full fee. 

  4. In special circumstances a transfer can be applied if notification is received in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop. Transfers, in these special circumstances, are only valid for six (6) months or the next available course in your location, whichever is sooner.

  5. Transfer requests made less than seven (7) days prior to the workshop will incur a 50% rebooking fee.

  6. All cancellations must be notified in writing.

  7. Refunds and transfers for emergencies will be made on a case by case basis at the discretion of the instructor.

Cancellation by Instructor

  1. The Instructor reserves the right to cancel the activity up to five (5) days prior to start of the activity if the minimum number of participants has not been met. The minimum number of participants is to be communicated beforehand.

  2. Cancellation by the Instructor due to a low number of participants, entitles participants to a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  3. If the course must be cancelled by the Instructor for other reasons (illness etc.), participants will have the option to receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  4. There are no rights reserved for damages.

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

Kangaroo Island Retreat

  1. All retreat bookings are non-refundable.

  2. Registrants who do not attend or who cancel forfeit their full fee.

  3. Registrants who fail to observe the health information provided may not be able to participate in all activities. No refunds will be offered on this basis.

  4. In the event of bad weather (highly unlikely) resulting in Sealink ferry cancellations on the Friday, a 25% per day refund will occur (up to a maximum of 2 days), to enable participants to still attend the event.

  5. If Sealink cancels departure on the Monday afternoon, one (1) night's free accommodation will be offered at the retreat location before departure on the Tuesday morning.
